020512 晚餐 (佛手瓜,鱼,菜炒蛋)
1。清炒佛手瓜
材料:佛手瓜 1 粒; 蒜头 1-2 辨; 少许清水,蚝油调味
*最后加入少许花调酒焖入味
2。煎石斑鱼
材料:石斑鱼 1条; 姜丝少许; 酱青
*鱼洗干净后,涂上少许盐
3。鸡蛋炒“树仔菜”(mani菜)
材料:树仔菜, 鸡蛋 2粒; 油少许; 蒜茸少许; 清水; 酱青/盐调味
*树仔菜洗干净,挤干水分
*先蒜茸炒青菜,再加入鸡蛋,再加入少许清水
