030512 晚餐 (青菜,鸡)
1。烧肉炒中国蒜
材料:青蒜 4-5 棵;烧肉;清水, 蚝油; 花调酒
*先炒蒜头(白色部分,比较硬), 再加入剩余的菜,烧肉
加入清水,蚝油焖,最后加入花调酒焖一会入味
2。辣豆瓣酱炒马来鸡
材料:马来鸡 半只; 蒜茸; 姜片; 辣豆瓣酱; 黑酱油少许; 清水; 少许糖
*蒜茸姜片先炒,加入鸡肉炒,辣豆瓣酱/黑酱油/糖调味,最后加入少许清水焖至鸡肉软即可
